Chapter 1543: Cloudy Qilin Clan’s bloodline (3)

Hearing this, Li Moying’s lips twitched as he revealed an incredulous expression.

“I saw… Li’er, are you serious? Fill all the chinks of the totem with blood?? Are you certain? The last time you saw the Phoenix totem on the door, was it really that huge??”

The huge sized stone tablet was at least twenty meters in height and the Qilin’s totem was extremely huge. If he wanted to use his blood to fill in all the chinks in the sculpture of the Qilin totem, it was an impossible mission. Even if he let off all his blood in his body, he probably wouldn’t be able to even fill up one quarter of it—!

Huang Yueli looked at the stone tablet’s Qilin and then looked at him as her lips curled up slightly, revealing her two tiger fangs.

“That I don’t know! Perhaps the Cloudy Qilin Clan’s blood is especially a lot, and is able to fill the entire Qilin totem full!”

Li Moying pinched her cheek as he scoffed at her, “No matter what I’m your fiancé, how can you bully me like this?”

Huang Yueli blinked, “Since when did I bully you? What I said is the truth! Ancient God Realm clans’ innate talent are all based on invigorating the blood vessels so naturally they valued the clan’s bloodline a lot.. you can try.”

Li Moying knew that although his Li’er was a little arrogantly pampered, but with regards to important matters, she absolutely would not harm him.

Since she made it out so clearly, then she should be somewhat certain of it.

So Li Moying nodded and unhesitatingly walked over to the stone tablet.

His right hand turned and the Amethyst Light Sword appeared in his palm. The sharp blade pierced into his left hand’s wrist and blood immediately gushed out.

Li Moying brought his blood filled hand and pressed it on the Qilin totem.

The blood on his palm slowly seeped into the chinks of the sculpture.

It took only an instance when the stone tablet’s colour changed. Originally it was black with a hint of purple shade and now, the black colour had started to wane away as the purple shade of the entire stone tablet became even obvious. Electric currents flickered occasionally, as though it was going to split open the entire piece of stone tablet, causing an explosion at any point of time!

Li Moying’s blood seeped into the stone tablet and turned into a bluish purple electric current as it swiftly flashed past the Qilin sculpture’s chinks and very soon, it had already flashed past every single chink and returned to its original spot.

When Li Moying saw the stone tablet’s change, his heart lifted up as he wanted to withdraw his hand.

But then he realised that his hand seemed to be stuck to the stone tablet, totally unable to withdraw it at all.

Whereas his blood and Profound Energy in his body kept on pouring out in torrents with no way to stop it. It was as though the stone tablet had a kind of mysterious energy which automatically drew away his Profound Energy and blood.

After a long time, he sensed that the stone tablet’s absorbing ability started to decrease in speed.

He tried to withdraw his hand once again and this time, he succeeded.

“This…. is a little too magnificent!” Huang Yueli walked next to him as they lifted up their heads to look at the stone tablet.

The stone tablet’s colour had once again darkened, resuming back to the mysterious lustre of black with a hint of purple but the lively looking Qilin sculpture had totally been filled with thunder attributed Profound Energy as it turned into an eye piercing bluish purple colour. The thunder attributed energy kept on flowing around, giving off an endless vitality to this totem.

Li Moying turned back to take a look at his fiancée and was just about to speak when suddenly, he felt that he saw black!

Immediately following that, his body disappeared from the original location.

“… Moying, why are you ignoring me?”

Huang Yueli blinked her large eyes and upon turning back, there was no more sight of Li Moying’s whereabouts?
